Lighten Up Workshop

The spring session of the Lighten Up workshop will be "Couch Potato to 5K".  During this session, we will have weigh-in, a Bible devotion and then we will do some light exercises and walk.  Our goal is to build endurance to walk as a group in a 5K this fall.  Anyone in the community or church family are invited.  This is a wonderful time to make our bodies living temples for the Lord.  (I Corinthians 6:19)
